While we would love to be able to honor all requests, unfortunately, our small size and extremely limited production volume simply do not make this feasible. Please read our base requirements below: - All requests must be made at least six (6) weeks before your event. - We do not donate to religious or political organizations. While we respect everyone's freedom of religion and political beliefs, we as a company have decided not to support or endorse any specific religious or political beliefs. - Our love of music is very diverse at the brewery, to be fair, we have chosen not to donate to a specific band. - It is illegal for us to donate beer to paid events in Texas and/or events being held at TABC licensed establishments. - Jester King reserves the right to approve or deny any requests made for donations or sponsorship. - We do not donate to or pay table feels to participate in private, promotional, or for-profit events. -Because we are extremely limited in the amount of beer that we are able to produce, and in order to comply with TABC regulations, any donations that we do agree to provide will generally take the form of merchandise, rather than beer.
